Adeline (D’Amato) Santoro, 106, died Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in West Palm Beach, FL, after a period of declining health. Daughter of the late Thomas and Maria Carmina D’Amato, she was born and raised in Salem, NY, before moving to Everett. She was then raised in Everett and was a graduate of Everett Schools. Adeline was a resident of Stoughton for many years before spending the last five years in Cape Coral, Florida. In 1942, she married Carmen Santoro, and together they spent over 53 years together before his passing in 1997. Adeline worked as an assembler at the Vanzetti Company in Canton for several years and retired in 1982. Adeline’s most cherished memories were made surrounded by her beloved family and her friends.

Adeline is survived by her two children, Ann L. Smith and her husband Raymond and Carmen Santoro, Jr. and his wife Jeanne all of Florida. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Rafaele D’Amato, Connie Thompson and Angelina Mastrocola.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rte. 27) Stoughton on Monday, August 10, 2026 from 4-7 PM. Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Holy Cross Church, 225 Purchase St., Easton at 10:30 AM.
