Carl E. May, Jr., 37, a resident of South Easton, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Son of Carl E. May of South Easton and Grace M. (Carrigan) May of Taunton, he was born in Brockton and raised in Taunton. He attended Taunton High School and Bristol Community College, taking classes in the Botany Program. Carl worked for Cheer Pack in West Bridgewater for the past 4 years. He loved gardening and tinkering with things but his greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his son, Carl, III.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Carl E. May, III of Norton, his sister, Samantha L. Fox of Taunton and his brothers, Derek J. Flynn-May and Aaron S. Flynn-May both of Hanover. He was the grandson of Barbara May and the late Sonny May, William Carrigan and Joanne Carrigan-French. He is also survived by his 2 nephews, Anthony and Kaedynce Fox, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting Hours will be held from Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, April 2 from 9-11 AM. Masks and social distancing required. Due to the coronavirus pandemic a private prayer service will follow for family members only then a procession to Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Friends may wait by their cars during the service if they wish to go in procession to the cemetery.
