Chelsey M. Yobaccio

Chelsey M. Yobaccio, age 29, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Stoughton on June 6, 2022. Born, raised and educated in Stoughton, she was the daughter of Nancy (Reardon) Hammel and John Yobaccio. She was a graduate from Lincoln Tech and was a kind soul who was known for her friendly nature. She enjoyed the beach and being by the water, and loved all types of music.

Chelsey is survived by her siblings Mathew Butterworth, Patrick Hammel of Stoughton and Bianca Paola. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Visitation will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton, on Wednesday, June 15th from 9-11AM, followed by Funeral Prayers at 11:00AM.
