Deolinda V. Eduardo

Deolinda V. Eduardo, 102, died Saturday, January 17, 2026 at the Copley at Stoughton Nursing Home in Stoughton after a long period of declining health. Born, raised and educated on the island of Flores in the Azores islands of Portugal, she came to United States in 1970 and settled in Stoughton. Deolinda worked for Morse Shoe in Canton for several years, retiring many years ago. She was a longtime loyal communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton and a member of the San Joao Filharmonic Society. Deolinda was active at the LaCivita Court Housing Complex and enjoyed walking. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting and needlework.

Deolinda was predeceased by her husband Jose S. Eduardo and her 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her beloved nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30 AM followed by followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Stoughton.
