Frances K. (Lambiase) Grant, a longtime resident of Brockton, passed away at home on Sunday, January 30, 2022 after a long battle with a terminal illness with her loving daughters by her side. She was the wife of the late William D. Grant, former Veteran of the U.S. Army. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late Anthony and Kathryn (Sessito) Lambiase, whose family immigrated from Italy. She was raised in Westwood. Frances was a bookkeeper at Flair Carpet in Stoughton for over 40 years before retiring in 2020. She was an avid reader who enjoyed playing games with her family. She was known and loved for her spunk and sarcastic wit.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Sandra Grant of Scottsdale, AZ and Kathryn Gobbi of Brockton as well as her grandsons, Raymond and Joseph Gobbi. She was the sister of the late Marie DeLario and Anthony Lambiase and is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, February 7 at 11 AM. Visitation prior from 9:30-11 AM. Interment will take place at Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
