After a brave fight with Glioblastoma, Ilona Paulauskas (nee Green, Bouve, Reynolds), age 69 of Raynham, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2022 surrounded by her family. Born in Boston, she was the daughter to the late Gisela (Bergherr) and Kazys Paulauskas. She attended Girls Latin School graduating in 1970, and went on to Boston State College graduating in 1975. Ilona was a lifelong educator, who specialized in Elementary School Reading, and showcased her passion at the Downey School in Brockton before retiring in 2022. She was highly dedicated to her family and religion, and absolutely loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Ilona is survived by her children Heidi Green and her partner Daniel O'Sullivan of Revere, Jason Green and his wife Renee of Bedford and Monica Bouve of McDonough, GA. She was the grandmother to John Price, Chloe and Bryce Tartaglia and Keefe Green. She also leaves behind her siblings Joseph Paulauskas of Brockton, Thomas Paulauskas of Ohio, and was predeceased by her brother Peter Paulauskas of Lakeville.
A memorial visitation will take place at Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton, on Wednesday June 1st from 4-6 PM, and Funeral Reflections will be held the next day at 10 AM.
