Jane A. (Miller) Tsinzo, 80, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at Tufts Medical Center in Boston on Friday, December 3, 2021 surrounded by her loving daughters. She was the wife of the late Peter W. Tsinzo. Daughter of the late Merrill and Glenna (Markham) Miller, she was born in East Liverpool, OH and raised in Chester, WV. She was a graduate of Chester High School, Class of 1958 and Ohio Valley Nursing School. She resided in Stoughton since 1968. Jane was a registered nurse and nursing supervisor at Goddard Memorial Hospital in Stoughton from 1968 until the hospital merged with Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She continued working at Good Samaritan Medical Center until her retirement in 1999. Jane was a member of the VFW Post 1645 Women's Auxiliary in Stoughton. She enjoyed ceramics, arts and crafts and spending time with her friends in the "Old Lady Gang" but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Jane was the mother of Mary Jane McHenry and her life partner João Goncalves, Christine V. Lebbossiere and her husband Mark, Susan L. Hardy and her husband Roger and Stephanie L. Statkus and her husband Paul all of Stoughton, Kerry F. Rodrigues and her life partner Denis Desmond of Foxboro and the late Peter J. "PJ" Tsinzo and Anne V. "Tori" Tsinzo. She was the loving Nana of Donald McHenry, Zac Tsinzo, Stephen and Scott Lebbossiere, Shane and Colton Smith, Dominic and Jacy Statkus and Tyler, Nick and Gianna Hardy. She was the sister of Susan Panebianco of Bloomingdale, OH and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, December 7 at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. James Church, Stoughton at 11:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday from 4-7 PM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
