Jenny Ann (Martin) Golden

Jenny Ann (Martin) Golden, 72, a longtime resident of Easton, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of the late John and Geneva (Reidy) Martin, she was born in Boston and raised in Canton. She was a graduate of Canton High School, Class of 1971. She resided in Easton since 1975. Jenny worked for W.B. Mason in Brockton for many years. She was an avid reader and quite the artist. She also loved the Hallmark Channel and the Heartland Series but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Jenny is survived by her children, Christine M. Golden-Gadless of Easton, Tobi Golden of Middleboro and Michael Golden of Hingham as well as her grandchildren, Mitchell Gadless, Morgan MacDonald, Brody Golden and Drew Golden and great-grandchildren, Kane and Reign Gadless. She was the sister of Maryellen Degan of Attleboro, Catherine Batchelder of East Bridgewater, William “Chip” Martin of Stoughton, Martha DiBartolomeo of Revere and Joseph Martin of Bridgewater. She is also survived by her fiancé of 20 years, Richard Cavanaugh as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton on Friday, September 27 at 10:30 AM. Burial will be private.
