John A. Goodrich
John A. Goodrich, age 69, passed away on January 25, 2024, at his home in Stoughton. Born in Boston, he was the son to Edna (Aukstikalnis) Kennedy and the late Paul R. Kennedy and was a lifelong resident of Stoughton. He was a proud Army Veteran and served his country as a rifle and hand grenade expert. He worked as a CB Radio Operator for many years. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his mother, John was the beloved brother to Paul E. Goodrich of Brockton, and Mary K. Taylor and her husband James of New Bedford. He was the uncle to many nieces and nephews, and also leaves behind many friends.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, January 31st at 12:30 PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans athttps://nchv.org.
