Jose Fernando Medeiros

Jose Fernando Medeiros, 57, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at home on Monday, August 10, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Jodie Ellyn (Goldstein) Medeiros. Son of the late Fernando and Maria (Mendonca) Medeiros, he was born in Horta, Faial, Azores, Portugal and raised in Stoughton. Jose was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1981. He was a machinist for Medeiros Manufacturing in Brockton. He enjoyed building remote control model planes and cars, was a saltwater aquarium enthusiast as well as an avid Patriots fan. He was loved by all who knew him.

In addition to his wife, Jose is survived by his daughters, Lindsey D. Medeiros of Alna, ME and Nickole M. Medeiros of Stoughton. He was the brother of Fernanda Pinto of Ft. Myers, FL, Adriana Shaw of Westport and Luciano Medeiros of Falmouth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
