Lena "Lee" (Fustolo) Capozzoli

Lena “Lee” (Fustolo) Capozzoli, 99, died Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the Copley at Stoughton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton. A lifelong resident of Stoughton, daughter of Italian immigrants, the late Joseph and Giovanna (Camelio) Fustolo, she was educated in Stoughton and was the last living member of the Class of 1944 from Stoughton High School. In 1971 she married Jerry Capozzoli, and together they enjoyed 29 years of marriage until his death in 2000. Lee was the owner of Lee’s Beauty Salon in Stoughton for many years, retiring at age 60. She also worked at Shawmut Woolen Mills in Stoughton for many years. In her younger years, Lee loved to travel and had wonderful memories of her trips to Europe. Later in life, she loved to crochet, read and do crossword puzzles. She also enjoyed her time spent with her friends and family.

In addition to her husband Jerry, Lee is predeceased by her siblings, Rose Tobin, Joseph Nardullo and Constanzo “Stan” Fustolo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear cousins.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton on Thursday at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Lee’s memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 44 Binney St., Boston, MA 02215.
