Licerio J. Silva

Licerio J. Silva, 59, of Stoughton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday November 21, 2020. Licerio was born in Santa Cruz, Flores, Azores. He along with his family immigrated to America in January 1971, ultimately residing in Stoughton. Mr. Silva was a custodian at Temple Sinai in Sharon for ten years. He was happiest though being with his beloved family under the grapevine having lighthearted conversations and sharing a good laugh. Licerio was an easy-going man who cherished his time with his family especially during the holidays. To him no one was more special than his granddaughter Bella Silva. The mention of her name made his eyes light up. She was his little girl.

Mr. Silva is survived by his parents, Jose and Maria (Jorge) Silva and his children Kevin Silva and Diana Silva all of Stoughton. He is survived by his siblings: Lucia Freitas and her husband Jose of Somerville, Joseph Silva of Stoughton and Vera Coughlan and her husband Joe of Dighton.
