Lillian (Williams) Rogers, 91, died Friday, November 1, 2019, at her home in Stoughton and went Home to be with the Father and join her husband, son, daughter, granddaughter and great granddaughter. She was the wife of the late Charles R. Rogers. Born in New York City, she was raised in Manhattan and was a graduate of Manhattan Schools. Mrs. Rogers was a resident of Stoughton for the past 10 years and previously spent 7 years in Mashpee. She was a dedicated homemaker and mother who previously worked as a dietitian at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn. Mrs. Rogers believed her children were her greatest gift and stressed keeping her priorities straight. She was a model of perseverance and love. In her free time, she enjoyed making big pots of food for her family and friends, knitting, crocheting and reading. She was also a Facebook fanatic and enjoyed playing solitaire, crossword puzzles and tropical bingo on her computer.

Mrs. Rogers was the mother of Earnestine Williams and Charles Rogers both of NYC, Marine Rogers and Cheryl Rogers both of Stoughton, Denise Rogers of Randolph, Yvonne Rivers-Gomez of Mashpee and the late Darlene Rogers-Silvera and Darrin Rogers. She was also survived by 27 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
