Linda K. (Patterson) Peters

Linda K. (Patterson) Peters, 66, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at Southeast Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Easton on Monday, May 24, 2021. She was the wife of Edward F. Peters for 48 years. Daughter of the late Langille "Frank" and Helen (McHugh) Patterson, she was born in San Diego, CA. She attended Stoughton High School, Class of 1972. Linda was a crossing guard at the West Elementary School in Stoughton from 1981-2019 and also worked at Denneno's Pizza in Stoughton for many years. She enjoyed cooking and boating but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Linda's family would like to extend a big thank you to all the nurses and staff at Southeast Rehabilitation Center and especially to Lina and the Hospice team.

In addition to her husband, Linda is survived by her children, Karen A. Brown and her husband Daryn and Edward F. Peters and his wife Brandi all of North Attleboro as well as her grandchildren, Brendan Brown, Rylee Brown, Noelle Peters and Edward Peters, Jr. She was the sister of Frank Patterson of Palm Desert, CA and the late James Patterson and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, May 28 at 4 PM. Visiting Hours prior from 1-4 PM. Masks and social distancing required. Burial will be private.
