Marie A. (Pino) Falso, 87, died Monday, June 22, 2026, at her home in Stoughton, after a period of declining health. Born in Boston, daughter of Sicilian immigrants, Domenico and Domenica (Bonanno) Pino, she was raised and educated in Dorchester and was a graduate of the Jeremiah Burke High School, Class of 1956. In September 1964, she married Frederick R. “Bob” Falso and together they moved their young family from Roslindale to Stoughton in 1975. After Bob’s untimely death in 1983, Marie began working as a bookkeeper at Baybank and Bank of America in Westwood. Later, she worked at Standard Modern Printing in Brockton for over 15 years, retiring in 2014. Marie was a dedicated and loving mother, grandmother and friend who enjoyed going on day trips, dinners out and shopping adventures. Marie adored her time surrounded by her family and friends.
Marie is survived by her children, Robert S. Falso and his partner Nicole Antenucci of Winchester and Lisa M. Falso-Doherty and her husband John Doherty of Canton. She was the beloved Nannie of Gianna E. Falso, Robert D. Falso and Joseph R. Falso. Marie was the sister of John A. Pino and his wife Janet of Naples & Mashpee and the late Emily Pino, Anthony Pino, Rita Pino, Francis Pino and Joseph Pino. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including John M. Pino, Melissa Pino, Molly Miller, Tonya Pino, Jason Pino, and many great nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rte. 27) Stoughton on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 4-7 PM. Funeral will be held from the Funeral Home on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Marie’s memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute attn.: Dr. Caron Jacobson for Lymphoma Research, 44 Binney St., Boston, MA 02215.
