Marjorie C. (Mara) Mulcahy

Marjorie C. "Margie" (Mara) Mulcahy, 85, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at Copley at Stoughton on Friday, August 20, 2021. Daughter of the late Ralph Donald Mara and Doris (Davis) Mara, she was born in Stoughton. Margie was educated at the Massachusetts Hospital School in Canton and graduated from Stoughton High School and Dean College in Franklin. She was an artist and sold her artwork at several gift shops in the area. She also taught an Art Class at Massasoit Community College. In addition to her art, she enjoyed her flower garden and spending time at her family's vacation home in Northport, ME.

Margie was the sister of the late Lois P. Tankerley. She is survived by her nephews, Jeff Tankerley and his wife Debbie of Foxboro and Randy Tankerley and his wife Michelle of Stoughton. She was the great aunt of Scott, Danny, Jason, Eric and Andrew.
