Mary Ann McBride

Mary Ann McBride, 71, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died Saturday, April 18, 2020 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, after a period of declining health. Born in Brockton, she was raised and educated in Stoughton and was a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton, Class of 1967. She also was a graduate of Nursing School. Mary Ann worked as a Registered Nurse in several Boston Hospitals, retiring many years ago. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time at the Stoughton Library, reading and the trips to the beach, especially Nantasket Beach.

She was the daughter of the late James and Lucy C. (Healey) McBride. She also leaves several cousins and will be missed by her friends Tammy Rose of Canton and Ann Azul of Stoughton Bakery, who always treated Mary Ann with dignity and respect.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, private family services were held with burial at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Easton.
