Mary T. (Conway) Coffee

Mary T. (Conway) Coffee, 97, a longtime resident of Brockton, died peacefully at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Sunday, January 15, 2023.  She was the wife of the late Walter J. Coffee.  Daughter of the late Frank I. and Theresa A. (Kelley) Conway, she was born and raised in Stoughton.  Mary was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1943 and Williams Business School in Brockton.  She resided in Brockton for the past 70 years.  She was a bookkeeper at Hill’s Department Store Executive Office in Canton for 17 years.  She also volunteered at both Goddard Memorial Hospital in Stoughton and Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton for many years.  She enjoyed traveling the United States and Europe with her husband but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Mary was the mother of David W. Coffee and his wife Theresa of Brockton and the late Kevin E. Coffee.  She was the grandmother of Kyle Coffee.  She was the sister of the late Francis J. Conway and is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday, January 19 at 11 AM.  Visiting Hours prior from 9:30-11 AM.  Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton.  Donations in Mary‘s memory may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O.
