Maureen T. (Coen) Donahue

Maureen T (Coen) Donahue, 65, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. Born in Dorchester, she was raised and educated in Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton High School. Ms. Donahue was a resident of Hanover for over 30 years, before moving to Sharon two years ago. After raising her daughter, she joined the workforce as a Physical Therapy Assistant at SportsMed and later as an Office Manager at Teamwork Physical Therapy in Quincy.

Maureen was a dedicated mother and homemaker and host who enjoyed cooking for her friends and family (shoutout to her famous Mac & Cheese and Chicken, Broccoli Ziti!). She will be truly missed. Her most cherished memories were made with her beloved granddaughter Jordyn. She enjoyed her time playing in the yard, baking in the kitchen and shopping together.

Maureen is survived by her daughter Heather Donahue and her husband Lucindo Fernandes of Stoughton, Heather's father Kenneth Donahue of Hanover and her brother Kevin Coen, his wife Deborah, and their daughters Kim, Ashly and Maggie of Pembroke. She was the beloved Nana of Jordyn Fernandes. She selflessly devoted her time to caring for her older brother Francis Coen of Stoughton. They spent time traveling, enjoyed sweets of any kind and collecting and reading any and all books. They brought out the best in each other.

Friends and family are invited to services at Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27), Stoughton.
