Paul A. Spruill

Paul A. Spruill, 52, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at home on Friday, June 24, 2016. Son of the late Sydney W. and Theresa (McIntyre) Spruill, he was born in Stoughton. Paul was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1982 and ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Auto Mechanics in 1983. He was a truck driver and mechanic for the Stoughton DPW for 16 years and worked as an auto mechanic at various shops in the area for many years. He was a former coach of Stoughton Little League and STOYAC basketball. He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Stoughton.

Paul is survived by his sons, Michael J. Spruill and Patrick A. Spruill both of Stoughton; his brother John Spruill of Phoenix, AZ; and his former wife, Barbara R. Simpson.

A Celebration of Paul's life will be held at the Son's of Italy, 548 Washington St., Stoughton on Saturday, July 16, 2016 from 4 PM until Close.
