Ralph M. Spiegel, 81, a resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at the Copley at Stoughton on Saturday, October 17, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Ellen C. (Skolnick) Spiegel for 45 years. He was born in Boston, son of the late Sidney and Ada (Tobolsky) Spiegel. Ralph was raised in Chelsea and graduated from Chelsea High School. He resided in Sharon for 34 years before moving to Stoughton 6 years ago. He was a postal worker at the South Postal Annex in Boston for 42 years until his retirement in 2006.

In addition to his wife, Ralph is survived by his children, Steven M. Spiegel and his wife Hali of Ashland and Sarah E. Spiegel and her husband Christopher Dunn of Old Orchard Beach, ME as well as his grandchildren, Elliott, Ari and Walden. He was the brother of Alan Spiegel and Jason Spiegel both of Malden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Ralph’s Life will be held at the Clubhouse at Knollsbrook Condominiums, 70 Erin Road, Stoughton on Thursday, October 22 from 3-5 PM.
