Raymond Y. Ng

Raymond Y. Ng, 87, died Monday, July 8, 2024 at the St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, after a period of declining health. Born and raised in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, he was a graduate of the Anderson School in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. In 1956, he came to the United States and settled in Brockton. Ray worked for Papa Gino’s in Stoughton for many years and retired several years ago. He was a passionate fan of the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots. In his free time, he enjoyed cooking, watching movies, and playing computer games. 

Ray is survived by his siblings, Frederick Y. F. Ng, MD and his wife Judith, Kenneth Y. K. Ng and his wife Julie and Vivian J. Ng all of Stoughton. He was the uncle of Jennifer Ng, Jeffrey Ng and his wife Kara, Jeremy Ng, MD and his wife Lindsay, Kevin Ng and Jillian Bryant and her husband Paul. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rte. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, July 16 from 10-11 AM followed by Funeral Prayers at 11 AM.  Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
