Shirley A. (Evans) Shaw

Shirley A. (Evans) Shaw, 85, a longtime resident of Easton, died peacefully at the Copley at Stoughton on Sunday, January 11, 2026. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late Hugh E. and Dorothy (Morin) Evans. She was raised in Jamaica Plain and educated in Boston schools. Shirley was a manager at the Brockton Hospital Gift Shop for over 30 years before retiring 15 years ago. She was a member of the Polish Eagles in Brockton. She loved camping, especially at Ellis Haven Campground in Plymouth, where she went for over 40 years. She also loved dancing, dining out with friends and playing cards and board games with her family. She enjoyed the sunshine and going to the beach and especially loved visiting her sisters in New Port Richey, Florida.

Shirley is survived by her daughters, Debra J. Domenico and her longtime partner Robert Casey of Winthrop and Laureen G. Shaw and her longtime partner Dennis Folsom of Bridgewater as well as her grandchildren, Tommy Robado, Erika Shaw, Ashley Domenico, Nikki Auriemma and her husband Jordan and Evan Shaw and his partner Lex Prophero. She was the sister of Eileen Maynard and her husband George of Taunton, Linda Fisher and her late husband Robert of Florida, Eadie Johnson of Florida and the late Hugh E. Evans, Jr. and his late wife Enid Evans. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday, January 22 from 4-7 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 7 PM.
