Suzanne M. (Sheehan) Paster, 66, a longtime resident of Hanover, died peacefully at Tobey Hospital in Wareham on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. She was the wife of Walter F. "Carey" Paster, Jr. of Wareham. Daughter of late Patrick J. and Marie E. (Tobin) Sheehan, she was born in Brockton and raised in Stoughton. Suzanne was a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School, Class of 1973 and Boston State College.
Remembered by all as someone who possessed the "Irish" wit, had a vibrant personality and a person who met every challenge in life with courage and determination. Suzanne always gave of herself completely to others and never expected anything in return. Suzanne was a beautiful and talented artist and creative poet who enjoyed painting and drawing. In addition, she was also a gourmet cook and avid animal lover.
In addition to her husband, Suzanne is survived by her beloved daughter, Caroline E. Paster and her husband Wes Miles of Brooklyn, NY. Suzanne was the sister of Kathleen J. Ciccolo of Hanover, Kevin P. Sheehan of Austin, TX, Mary E. Hughes of Halifax, Brianne S. Sheehan-Battle of Stoughton, Terrance P. Sheehan of Boston and John P. Sheehan of Bolton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
