Theresa M. "Terry" (Reilly) Hrenko

Theresa Marie “Terry” (Reilly) Hrenko, 68, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at home on Monday, July 10, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of John F. Hrenko for 47 years.  Daughter of the late Edward and Theresa (Lydon) Reilly, she was born and raised in Roslindale before moving to Stoughton as a child.  She was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1972.  Terry was a pharmacy technician at the New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton for 40 years before retiring 9 years ago.  Her favorite passion was spending time with her family and she loved attending all of her grandchildren’s games and events.

In addition to her husband, Terry is survived by her children, John P. Hrenko and his wife Diane of Easton, Matt E. Hrenko and his wife Christine of Bridgewater, Chrissy T. Vanston and her husband Jason “JP” of Stoughton and Luke D. Hrenko and his fiancé Ally Dowen of Stoughton as well as her grandchildren, Justin, Collin and Ashlyn Hrenko, Riley, Peyton and Austin Hrenko and Dylan, Casey and Tyler Vanston.  She is also survived by her brothers, Edward Reilly of Naples, FL and Mark Reilly and his wife Taryn of Raynham and several nieces and nephews.  She was affectionately known as “Nana” not just to her grandchildren but to all who knew her.

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, July 14 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. James Church, Stoughton at 10 AM.  Visiting Hours Thursday from 4-7 PM.  Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Terry‘s memory may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, PO Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
