Tuan (Michael) Anh Tran

Tuan (Michael) Anh Tran, 64, a resident of Brockton, passed away at Boston Medical Center South in Brockton on January 17, 2026. He was the husband to Trinh Hong Ly for 29 loving years. Born in Saigon, Vietnam, he was the son of the late Trinh Ngoc Tran and Thong Thi Truong. He came to the United States in 1975 with his family, growing up in Sharon, graduating from Sharon High School, Class of 1980. He continued his education at UMass Lowell and Massasoit Community College in Brockton, where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Michael went on to work as an electronics technician at Micron and Helix in Mansfield, where he dedicated over 10 years of service. Outside of work, he found joy in antiquing, spending time outdoors surrounded by nature, and, most of all, being with his family.

In addition to his wife Trinh, Michael is survived by his siblings Danh Tran of Vietnam, Linh Tran of New York, and Hang Tran of California and many Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his siblings Luyen, Bong, and Tai Tran.

Visitation will be held at Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton, on Friday February 6th from 10-11 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Rock Ridge Cemetery in Sharon.
