Vincy L. (Zurblis) Ramoska, 106, died unexpectedly on Friday, July 4, 2025 at her home in Stoughton. She was the wife of the late Joseph R. Ramoska. Born in Cambridge, she was a lifelong resident of Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton Schools. Vincy worked as a School Bus Driver for First Student Bus Company and Unda’s Bus for over 40 years, retiring many years ago, in her 80s. She was a longtime communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church and a member of the Massachusetts Catholic Women’s Guild at the church. Vincy was a member of the Stoughton Historical Society and enjoyed spending time and exercising at the Stoughton Senior Center. In her free time, Vincy enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with her family.
Vincy is survived by her two daughters, Janice L. Weed and her husband the late John of Wilmington and Janet Roode and her husband the late Ronald of Stoughton. She was the sister of the late Annette Savage and Veto Zurblis. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, July 14, 2025 from 10 AM-12 PM followed by Funeral Prayers at 12 Noon. Interment will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Vincy’s memory may be made to the Stoughton Council on Aging and Senior Center, Attn: Janiece, 110 Rockland St., Stoughton, MA 02072 or to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 44 Binney St., Boston, MA 02215.
