William R. Warnock

William R. Warnock, age 59, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Born, raised, and educated in South Boston, he was the son of Loretta (Strangman) Warnock and the late John Warnock. He was a stock worker at _____, a Home Design Center at the Long Wharf for 20 years. A devoted fan of rock and roll, Billy was a longtime Aerosmith fan enjoying their music for many years, and was a Patriots and Bruins fan. He was also an avid tattoo enthusiast expressing himself through a collection of tattoos. Billy was proud of his Scottish/Irish heritage, was a devoted son and caretaker to his mother, and was a beloved brother to his siblings and he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his dear mother, Billy is survived by his siblings Edward Warnock of South Boston, Patricia Colburn of Stoughton, and his twin Thomas Warnock of Millville. He also leaves behind his niece Emma Colburn of Attleboro, and his nephews Matthew Warnock of Boston, and Adam Warnock of Quincy.

Visitation will be held at Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton on Tuesday October 14th from 3-5 PM, with Funeral Prayers at 5 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Billy’s name may be made to the American Lung Association at https://action.lung.org/
